Q. What shipping options do you offer?

Our current shipping options are as follows (subject to change):

Standard Shipping

  • You are charged a flat rate depending on the amount of the order. Shipping is calculated on the amount of the order, excluding shipping. The shipping flat rate costs are at the top of the Shopping Cart page.
  • Courier delivery is through United States Post Office (USPS) First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Media Mail, or UPS Ground, depending on weight of package.
  • International orders, including Canada, are shipped via United States Post Office (USPS International) or DHL International.

United States Postal Service, First Class

  • Shipping Duration: Expect 5-10 business days.
  • Weight Limit: 13 oz., or about two DVDs. This option is not available for packages over 13 oz.

United States Postal Service, Media Mail

  • Shipping Duration: 7-9 business days from date shipped. It takes approximately 2 weeks to arrive from your order date.
  • Package weight: 14 oz. – 5 lbs.

United States Postal Service, Priority Mail

  • Typically, military addresses (APO, FPO) ship this way.
  • Duration depends on the country stationed in.

UPS Ground

  • Shipping Duration: 3-7 business days
  • Tracking number included
  • Package weight: Over 5 lbs.

UPS Ground and Express Shipping Option (chosen other than Standard Shipping)

  • Shipping Duration: 4-6 business days, includes package tracking
  • Only available within the continental United States
  • These options are available for you to choose other than Standard Shipping,if you want to know your package is coming by UPS.
  • UPS Ground takes 3-7 business days to arrive after your order is shipped.
  • UPS 3-Day Select takes 3 days, once your order is shipped.
  • Costs are determined by package weight and destination.

Q. How can I estimate shipping before I order?

Add the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart. At the top of the shopping cart page our standard rates are shown. To choose a different method, click the Proceed to Checkout button. Choose your Billing and Shipping addresses. Below the address is is a Shipping Method drop down box where you may choose the shipping you want.  Besides the standard shipping, the current shipping options are UPS Ground and UPS 3-Day Select. Please note that UPS 3-Day Select is the time of delivery from the day it is shipped, not the order date. You can add or remove items to the shopping cart to see the shipping differences.

Q. When will my order arrive?

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after being placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships from our warehouse.

Estimated Shipping Times are as follows:

  • US Postal Service First Class Mail may take up to 7 business days to arrive.
  • US Postal Service Priority Mail may take up to 6 business days to arrive.
  • Standard Shipping is via USPS Media Mail or USPS First Class, depending on the weight of your package
  • International orders sent by DHL International, typically take 7-10 days to arrive. Customs, duties, and taxes may be due when you receive your package. This is beyond our control. You will be contacted by the carrier or Customs Office if there are additional charges. If using USPS International Priority, depending on the country, it may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Please be aware that Media Mail can take 4-6 weeks to arrive to Hawaii and Alaska.

UPS: Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You receive an email with tracking information once the package leave our warehouse. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

NOTE: Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we do not have control over how it is handled by the courier or delivery delays due to weather, emergencies, labor strikes, and so forth.

Q. When will my order arrive if I choose free shipping (when available)?

We typically ship via USPS Media Mail when free shipping is available. It takes approximately 7-10 business days to arrive. If you need your package to arrive faster, you may pay for a different shipping method offered when checking out.

Free shipping is offered occasionally as a promotion. Be sure you are subscribed to our promotions list to receive notification of free shipping opportunities. Free Shipping, when available, is only offered to United States addresses. One special or coupon code is allowed per order, so if you enter a discount or coupon code the free shipping will not apply.

Q. Can I get overnight or 2-day delivery?

In some cases this is possible, depending on where you live and when you place your order. It’s expensive to ship overnight but if you want to pay for it, we certainly can help you! To place an expedited order, please call Customer Service at 801-676-4440, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Mountain Standard Time.

Q. Can I pick up my order from your office?

Yes! We are located in Midvale, UT. We will need to take your order over the phone so we can flag it for Will Call. please call Customer Service at 801-676-4440, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Mountain Standard Time.

Q. Do you ship internationally? How long will it take to get here?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. You can place your order through our website. On our website, www.signingtime.com, place the items you want to order in the shopping cart. Click the Proceed to Checkout button. Choose your Billing and Shipping addresses. Below the address is is a Shipping Method drop down box where you may choose the shipping you want.  The current shipping options are DHL International and USPS Priority Mail International.

With DHL International you will receive a tracking number for your package. Customs, taxes, and duties may apply (depending on the country in which you live). Arrival time depends on your country, but takes approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive.

USPS Priority International is through the United States Post Office and takes approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your country and customs. You are responsible to pay for any customs, duties, and taxes that your country requires. There is no tracking information for packages sent USPS.

We do not have control over your country’s customs policies or the duties and taxes they charge. Your country’s customs department will contact you if any fees are due.

Q. Why was I offered 2 shipping options, when you have 4 available?

The available shipping options for your order are based on your location and the total weight of your order. Please see above (What shipping options do you offer?) for details on each shipping method.

Q. Can I ship to a different address or multiple addresses?

During the checkout process you will have the option to enter the “ship to” address. You may ship it to a different address other than your billing address, as in the case of sending a gift to someone else. You can only ship to one address. If you want to ship to more than one address, you will have to place separate orders for each address. Shipping/handling charges will apply to each order.

Q. Can I track my package through my Signing Time account?

Tracking numbers are only available if you placed your order by logging into your account. If you checked out as a guest, we don’t store the information. Log in to your shopping account and click on My Account. On the left side menu, choose My Orders. Click on the Order Number to pull up the details (you may be asked to log in again). Click on the tracking number for information.  You can also copy and past the tracking info into the carrier’s website, www.ups.com, www.usps.com, www.dhl.com.

Q. I expected my order to arrive, but it hasn’t yet. What should I do?

First, look at the shipping confirmation email you received from our warehouse and look for any tracking information to track your package. If that doesn’t help, check out the shipping time frames here. If your order is past the estimated time for the shipping guidelines, please call Customer Service at 801-676-4440, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Mountain Standard Time for help. Be sure to have your order number ready when you call. Or, you can email us at info@twolittlehands.com with your order number, full name you ordered under, and a detailed message about how we can help you.

Q. Are shipping fees refundable if I return my product?

Once a package is shipped we cannot refund the shipping cost. If you return your product, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us as well as the original shipping fee.
